1Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the scrplay1 platform (including the website, mobile application, and related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and scrplay1 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.

2Account Registration and User Eligibility

To register a scrplay1 account, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• Hold a valid identity card (MyKad) or other valid identification document.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration.
• Not be on any active self-exclusion or gambling ban list.
• Not be representing any third party or corporate entity in a personal registration.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any time. Holding more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts without any prior warning.

scrplay1 reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification purposes at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

scrplay1 provides a range of secure deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

The financial transaction terms for scrplay1 are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50.
• Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after confirmation.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, for security purposes.
• All transactions must use an account name that matches the name registered on the scrplay1 account.

scrplay1 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose additional charges that are beyond scrplay1's control.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

scrplay1 offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering conditions and limits.

Welcome Bonus: scrplay1 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. The applicable wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Example calculation of welcome bonus wagering requirements:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering required: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM500 → balance RM1,700 → wagering required: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500

General terms applicable to all scrplay1 bonuses:

• Only one type of bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
• scrplay1 reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.

The scrplay1 VIP programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1%, and Platinum up to 1.5%. Active and consistent players are eligible to move up to a higher tier.

5Game Rules and Conditions

All games available on the scrplay1 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games — are subject to their respective rules as set by the game developers and scrplay1.

Users agree that:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• Any technical fault or system disruption occurring during an active game will be resolved in accordance with scrplay1 policy.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Playing in groups to manipulate results or abuse bonuses is a serious violation of these terms.

scrplay1 does not guarantee the availability of any particular game at all times and reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game without prior notice.

6User Conduct and Responsibilities

scrplay1 users agree to use this platform responsibly and ethically. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using false information or another person's identity during account registration or verification.
• Launching any form of cyber attack, hacking attempt, or activity that could compromise the security of the platform.
• Spreading false or misleading information about scrplay1 to other users.
• Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activity through the platform.
• Transferring funds between user accounts to circumvent bonus terms.

7Platform Liability Limits

• The user is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A written account closure request is received from the user.
• The user appears on an active self-exclusion list.

If an account is terminated for legitimate reasons on the user's part (not due to a breach), any valid balance in the account will be returned to the user via an appropriate payment method once all investigations are complete.

10Amendments and Updates to Terms

11Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

scrplay1 operates under a valid international licence. These terms & conditions are governed by the laws of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a user and scrplay1, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it amicably through scrplay1's customer service channels. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a competent arbitration body in accordance with procedures set by the licensing authority.

Malaysian users are fully responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local laws regarding online gambling activity in Malaysia.
